Refund Policy

We want you to love your Dreamers Society gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original packaging
With all tags attached
Free of damage or wear

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at dreamerssocietygear@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return

We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
